1. About these terms

These terms apply to Meteora Run at meteora-run.vercel.app and to the Android app that opens the same game (together, "the game"). The game is made and run by Michael Zogot ("we", "us"), reachable at michaelzogot@gmail.com. By playing, you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. The game is free, and coins are just points

The game costs nothing and has no purchases. Coins, distances, ranks, badges and runners are in-game points and cosmetics only. They are not money, tokens or crypto assets. They can't be bought, sold, traded, withdrawn or exchanged for anything, and you don't own them.

3. Not financial advice

The game borrows ideas and names from decentralised finance (DLMM, liquidity, MEV, rug pulls and so on) for fun. Nothing in it is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in it recommends any product, token or protocol.

4. Signing in with X

You can play as a guest. To save runs and appear on the leaderboards, you sign in with your X account, which must follow X's own rules. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Your X handle, name and profile picture are shown publicly next to your scores.

5. Fair play

Every saved run is replayed on our server and checked. You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, automation or anything that plays or slows down the game for you;
• modify the game, tamper with its network traffic or submit runs that weren't played;
• exploit bugs to get scores, or keep exploiting one after you've noticed it (please tell us instead);
• use several accounts, or share an account, to push scores up the leaderboards;
• attack, overload or try to break into the game, its servers or other players' accounts.

We may refuse, hide or remove runs, reset scores and suspend or ban accounts, with or without notice, when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. Leaderboard decisions are ours.

6. Leaderboards, events and prizes

Leaderboards are for fun and can be reset, changed or corrected at any time. The game itself promises no prizes. If we or a partner ever run a contest with prizes, it will have its own rules, which apply alongside these terms.

7. Behaving well

Don't use the game to harass anyone or to impersonate someone else. If your X handle, name or picture breaks the law or X's rules, we may hide it from the leaderboards.

8. Who owns what

The game, its code, art, music and sounds belong to us or our licensors. You may play it and share screenshots and videos of your own play. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets. Meteora, LP Army, Solana and other names and logos shown in the game belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability

We provide the game as is and as available. We may change, pause or end it, or any feature, at any time, and saved data may be reset when the game's rules change. We don't guarantee it will always work, be error-free or keep your scores forever.

10. Liability

The game is free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and significant changes will be mentioned in the game's "What's new". If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
